Fall Flavours | 2017 Edition

Tis the season for pumpkin spice lattes and other fall flavours, and UNB’s fall catering menu does not disappoint.

With crisp days ahead pumpkin flavour is king, and is one of the most popular requests received for UNB’s fall menu each year. Another trend for this time of year is replacing traditional starter salads with heartier soups, and reintroducing warmer drinks like apple cider and Mexican hot chocolate as menu options. Other popular items and flavours include: micro beers (e.g. Picaroons Harvest Ale), cranberry, cinnamon and ginger.

Fresh and Local Ingredients

Still not convinced? In addition to the delicious flavours fall brings, many of the ingredients for popular dishes can be found right here in New Brunswick. With foods like apples, pumpkin, squash and root vegetables all in season, you can support your local community, and create meals that taste good and feel good.
